We interact daily with people located in several cities around the world. The finance team at ArcTouch is the backbone of our success which allows our teams to deliver award-winning work for clients. We are an extremely collaborative group and expect everyone to be a team player and be able to multi-task. And we not only have weekly meetings to discuss specific solutions but it's part of our company DNA to help each other at every opportunity.**Role Expectations**- Collaborate with other finance group members, including local finance teams in North America, Latin America, and other regions.- Ensure accuracy of financial data received from our Shared Centre of Services (“SCS”).- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures, which includes compiling and submitting monthly journal entries with appropriate support.- Analyse and improve the monthly account reconciliations from the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.- Analyse the financial information to produce forecasts of some accounts and follow-up their variance against actuals.- Analyse global financial performances and produce other operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal business decisions.- Support the fiscal year planning, the IG monthly invoicing, and control of the ad-hoc tax reports.**On a typical day with us you will**- Participate in meetings with our SCS, with the Finance team, and other ad-hoc project members.- Check for updates on the control of the fixed assets and follow-up against the planning provided by the IT Director.- Work with other Finance & Accounting folks to maintain, improve and deploy projects.- Think of ways of improving our tools and processes.- Maintain Forecast templates with the Actual information from SAP-BFC to keep updated on all supports.- Stretch your legs in our Laboral Gymnastics time or even stop for a while and meditate a bit with our Guided meditation group, or even play a video game with someone else from the team.**Benefits**- Health, dental and life insurances- Meal allowance- Transportation allowance- Gympass partnership- SESC partnership- Extended maternity, paternity and adopting Leaves- Flexible benefits: choose the ones that best fits your current needs - wellness, courses, events, child care and much more- Flexible hoursWhy work for us?
