VIP Account Management Opportunity We are seeking a motivated VIP account professional to manage and grow our high-value customer segment. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, support engagement strategies, and enhance the overall VIP experience. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new VIP clients through prospecting and networking. Manage VIP client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty. Work closely with senior team members to design and implement VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers. Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Prepare reports on VIP performance and account development. Ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices. Requirements: Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry. A existing player base is highly valued. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships. Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino market is a plus. Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
