**Regional Business Finance Leader - LATAM Health Care Business Group (HCBG)****Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world**As Business Finance leader you will play a key role for providing financial counselling for MSD Division at the LATAM area and Brazil subregion for Healthcare business group. Brazil accounts for 33% of our sales and MSD for 57% so scope is an amplified one.In this role you will be able to work as a partner with the business to provide financial guidance and to be a direct link between Latin America and the Global Division leaders.**The impact you will make in this role**:- Provide Financial counselling to the commercial and marketing organizations.- Designing the Business Finance Organization for the future, aligned to 3M Advance changes.- Deeply analyzing current and future Business situation and financial viability and identifying risks and red flags.- Creating synergies and efficiencies in a high-performance Business Finance team.- Execution of pricing strategies across the division and sub-region to optimize margins and maintain us competitive in price corridors.- Improve sales effectiveness by leading the estimate process in a detailed and simplified manner and leveraging commercial effectiveness.- Support MSD ADL in the deployment of global strategy in the area. Support IBP process.- Analysis and approval of commercial Bids and negotiations driving to effective decision making and policy accomplishment.- Execution with the sub-region of OP process and monthly rhythm of MREs/QORs estimates.- Monthly rhythm and control of expenses.- Manage cash and DSO metrics in our pareto customers.- Manage business review presentations to top leadership on the division and sub region results.**Your Skills and Expertise**- Bachelor's Degree in finance related discipline.- Experience working in financial roles.- Advanced English - Spanish communication skills. Minimum 50% fluent in Portuguese.- Advanced Excel skills.- Financial acumen & empowerment to make decisions- Leadership & influence skillsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Master's Degree in Finance is desirable.- Health care sector experience.- 100% fluent In Portuguese.**Supporting Your Well-being**3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
