Position Overview

Arixa's Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in the company's IT department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, a deep understanding of the platform, and the ability to create and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Summary Of Primary Responsibilities

While not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, the Jr. Systems Engineer role will:

• Custom Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business objectives, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Integration Development: Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web service and API's
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce implementations.
• Data Management: Perform data migrations, cleansing, and mapping tasks using Salesforce tools.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and implement improvements as necessary.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Minimum three years of experience in Salesforce development; Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, and general platform architecture.
• Experience with data tools like Dataloader.io.
• Ability to clearly translate business needs into technical specifications and system designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of platform security capabilities, including TLS, SSL, LWS, CORS, and SSO.
• Solid understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations for Experience Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD deployments and handling Experience Cloud bundles between environments.
  
  

Compensation

This position is contract; hourly rate DOE.
