Hi there We are South and our client is looking for a Part Time Salesforce Developer

About The Company

Join a small, Canada-based team operating a Salesforce-based application. Their product helps customers upload images and metadata from mobile devices, which then sync to Salesforce. They are seeking a proactive and technically strong Salesforce Developer to maintain and improve their system, particularly in the Classic environment.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and support our existing Salesforce Classic application
  • Troubleshoot sync issues between mobile devices (iOS/Android) and Salesforce
  • Investigate data discrepancies, debug Apex code and Visualforce pages
  • Communicate regularly with the internal team via Slack and Jira
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Customer Service Representative to resolve live issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in regular check-ins and report progress or blockers
  • Support and contribute to mobile app development (iOS/Android), working alongside our part-time mobile developer

Must-Have Technical Skills
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce Classic (not Lightning)
  • Proficient in Apex and Visualforce
  • Experience maintaining and debugging existing Salesforce applications
  • Familiarity with mobile-to-Salesforce sync mechanisms
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android), and ability to contribute to ongoing mobile efforts

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with any of the following tools/technologies is a plus (but not required): AWS - Postmark - Docparser - Postgres - Firebase - Sentry - Fastlane - App Store / Google Play - RevenueCat - TestFlight - Jira & Slack

Compensation: USD $1,300/month Seniority level
