Job Requirements – Senior Salesforce Developer

Non-Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apex development with a proven track record of building and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal hand holding.
  • Team player with a humble attitude, a hunger to learn, and a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated innovation mindset, actively seeking out ways to improve systems, processes, and user experiences.

Technical Skills

  • Full-stack Salesforce Apex developer with deep knowledge of backend logic, triggers, classes, and integrations, as well as front-end components such as Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
  • Familiarity with Apex Enterprise Design Patterns and best practices for scalable, maintainable, and modular code.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, including governor limits, asynchronous processing, and integration mechanisms (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices within Salesforce environments is a plus.
  • Experience using Cursor (AI-powered code editor) to enhance development productivity, code quality, and debugging workflows is a major plus.
