Job Opportunity: Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to attorneys in a fast-paced law firm environment.

This role involves performing various tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting documents, and maintaining accurate client files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare high-quality documents.
  • Organize and manage case files, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
  • Perform clerical duties, manage calendars, and handle phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for court by organizing documents and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a related field or equivalent degree.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to excel in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly and collaborative team player.
  • Dedicated to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Languages:

  • English - Mandatory
  • Portuguese - Mandatory

Work Environment:

The work schedule may vary depending on the specific job requirements. All clients are based in the U.S., and working hours will be within the U.S. time zone.

Virtual Professionals receive hourly compensation based on daily worked hours. The hourly rate range is $8-$12, dependent on experience.
