1. Company Incorporation & Licensing To manage corporation setup and following governance, and liaise with local authorities (e.G., Commercial Registry, tax agencies). Advise on optimal corporate structures to align with business goals and regulatory requirements. 2. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with Brazilian laws in corporate governance, labor, tax, data privacy, and industry-specific regulations, etc. Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting operations and proactively advise stakeholders. 3. Commercial Contracts & Transactions Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (e.G., vendor agreements, partnerships, employment contracts) in Portuguese or English. Support commercial negotiations. 4. General Legal Advisory Provide day-to-day legal guidance to internal teams on operational matters, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution. Manage litigation in collaboration with external counsel. To align with relevant internal departments to implement legal strategies. Qualifications Education:
A bachelor degree of Law or above. Fluent in Portuguese or English. Experience:
3+ years of experience in legal practice.
