**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as Digital Technology Solutions point of contact for Payroll, Time & Attendance requirements
- Work collaboratively with HR teams to consult, provide recommendations, troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary
- Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to partners
- Ensure data integrity by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain documentation for all phases of development - from requirements to change documentation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master

**About You**
- Must possess a strong understanding of HR processes and data, business knowledge of compensation processes highly preferred
- Requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions
- Communicates complex ideas and is able to translate technical details to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrates strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced/Fluent English
