Reporting into the Team Lead, The Junior Business Analyst will support our business operations and project delivery by providing analytical support, insights, and recommendations to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and assist in the implementation of solutions. Analysts will work with teams around the world to discover and design improvements that best fit company goals.**Key Responsibilities*** Analysis of business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated* Deliver process and solution documentation while working across an array of teams, geographies and tools* Lead projects from end-to-end, ensuring goals are achieved on time* Develop deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development* Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions* Document all work to a high professional standard**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
