Overview

Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry – role at Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers, with about 30 000 of them by 2030 according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We currently have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. The recruiter will help identify engineers for Sweden, build trust, and inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.

As a senior headhunter, you will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics. We fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about life and work benefits.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation-related processes with support from the global and Swedish teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment activities.
  • Support engineers and their families in building a new career and life in Sweden, aligning with Telescope's values of joy, trust, and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail and ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and motivated.
  • Resilient with the capacity to take a "no" as motivation to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration

Start ASAP. Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.

Location

Remote work from home or from a co-location center of choice.

Economy

Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
