Sweden needs skilled engineers About 30 000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it - we fix it Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. • Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden.
• Inform candidates about benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust through the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and Sweden-based management to support relocation logistics.
• Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
• Plan and execute recruiting activities with colleagues across multiple countries.

At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.

• A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
• Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
• Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a "+no" as a reason to try harder.
• Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
• Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.

• Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.
• Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
• Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
• Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
• Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Free national holidays, with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
