**Summary**:
Reimaginar o tratamento de câncer através de terapia celular. Nesta função, você será responsável por estabelecer relacionamento e falar de ciência com o médico, acompanhando toda a jornada do paciente através do dele. Atuar como Gerente de Contas nos Centros qualificados (hospitais). E ainda, acompanhar a jornada de Acesso, garantindo o momento adequado de tratamento do paciente.
**About the Role**:
**Principais responsabilidades da função**:
- Desenvolver uma estratégia comercial convincente para o cliente estratégico ( compreendendo as necessidades do cliente e as oportunidades da Novartis) e coordenar uma equipe multifuncional para maximizar os resultados comerciais das terapias celulares e genéticas;
- Fornecer soluções altamente personalizadas com base em conhecimentos profundos sobre as necessidades dos clientes para ajudar a resolver questões e oportunidades comerciais significativas
- Requer frequentemente um planejamento estratégico conjunto, investimentos mútuos e uma abordagem específica da situação para a compartilhar o benefício mútuo
- Fornecer relatórios periódicos sobre os KPIs das contas às partes interessadas internas.
**Requisitos essenciais para essa vaga**:
- Formação superior completa em Gestão ou Ciências;
- Experiência em onco-hematologia;
- Sólida experiência em vendas (CT / MSL / FSL / Acesso)e/ou experiência de liderança no setor da saúde ou dos dispositivos médicos;
- Boa comunicação, criatividade, espírito colaborativo, adaptável à mudanças, de fácil relacionamento.

- Conhecimento em Transplante de Medula Óssea (TMO) e hematologia pediátrica;
