**Job Description** A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Maintain and develop the list of clients held by the CEO
- Maintain airport and airline contact information on the database.
- Liaison between broker, client and airline, keeping the CEO informed.
- Develop product knowledge including familiarization with aircraft used, range, capacity, crewing etc.
- Perform database changes to Broker lists as instructed by the CEO
- Collate sales figures and enter the data accurately into spread sheets.
- Administer the flight prepping and flight riding SOP; proactively collect reports from other offices, accurately update the spreadsheet, upload to the intranet monthly
- Manage the diary and expenses of the CEO
- Coordinate, organize and implement meetings on behalf of the CEO, including production and organization of any paperwork, minute-taking as required, and dissemination to other meeting attendees.
- Cover the telephones phones and pick up calls when the Private Jets department are in meetings, or if no-one is available to answer the telephone (e.g. if everyone is already busy on the phone).
- Arrange taxis for the Private Jets department travel.
- Maintain general tidiness and smart appearance of the office.
- Book meeting rooms for Private Jets department meetings.
- Collect and file flight files
**UM DIA NA VIDA**
- Manter e desenvolver a lista de clientes mantidos pelo CEO
- Manter informações de contato de aeroportos e companhias aéreas no banco de dados.
- Ligação entre broker, cliente e companhia aérea, mantendo o CEO informado.
- Desenvolver conhecimento do produto, incluindo familiarização com aeronaves utilizadas, alcance, capacidade, tripulação etc.
- Realizar alterações no banco de dados das listas de brokers conforme instruído pelo CEO
- Consolidar as vendas e inserir os dados com precisão em planilhas
- Administrar o procedimento operacional padrão de preparação e voo; coletar proativamente relatórios de outros escritórios, atualizar com precisão a planilha, fazer upload para a intranet mensalmente.
- Gerenciar a agenda e despesas do CEO.
- Coordenar, organizar e implementar reuniões em nome do CEO, incluindo a produção e organização de qualquer documentação, tomar notas conforme necessário e disseminá-las para outros participantes da reunião.
- Atender às chamadas telefônicas e atender quando o departamento de Jatos Executivos estiver em reuniões ou se ninguém estiver disponível para atender o telefone (por exemplo, se todos estiverem ocupados ao telefone).
- Organizar táxis para viagens do departamento de Jatos Executivos.
- Manter a limpeza geral e a aparência elegante do escritório.
- Reservar salas de reunião para reuniões do departamento de Jatos Executivos
- Coletar e arquivar informações de voos.
