About the job (P) Strategic Sourcing Specialist About the Role Were hiring a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to help us find and engage top-tier talent across Latin America. In this role, youll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, map, and source exceptional candidates for hard-to-fill roles across Go-To-Market, Finance, and Engineering functions. This is a strategic, high-impact sourcing role ideal for someone who loves building world-class pipelines, spotting top 10% talent, and making hiring teams say, Where did you find this person? What Youll Do Partner with recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs across a variety of functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, etc.) Build and manage longlists and shortlists of qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms Create target company lists and use them for market mapping and outbound campaigns Craft high-converting outreach messages that drive engagement and increase response rates Track sourcing metrics, improve sourcing processes, and maintain clean documentation in our ATS (Ashby) Stay ahead of talent trends in LATAM to continuously improve search strategies and sourcing playbooks What Were Looking For 2+ years of sourcing experience at a recruiting agency or tech company Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing best practices Experience sourcing talent across Latin America (especially in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil) Track record of sourcing both technical and non-technical roles (bonus: SaaS industry experience) Strong written English (C1+) with the ability to personalize and optimize outreach messages Reliable, organized, detail-oriented and able to self-manage in a fast-paced remote environment Bonus: Experience with tools like Loxo, Gem, Apollo or other sourcing tools To Apply:Pleased send a 2-5 minute loom video to luiz (at) latamcent.com -Showcase your experience, and why you want to work with us.
