How you will contribute In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelez International's competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Professional Services categories Manage supplier relationships and negotiations Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders Requirements Solid experience in strategic sourcing and professional services sourcing Experience in regional or global sourcing (consumer goods, food & beverages a plus) Strong analytical and digital skills Fluent in English and Spanish Location : São Paulo- SP or Curitiba-PR – hybrid work formatWe are aware of our role as transformation agents to generate positive change, so diversity, equity and inclusion are one of our priorities.
