We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accountant with a solid background in multinational public companies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project-based accounting operations, primarily for Brazil, with additional involvement in Mexico and Colombia. **We are looking for a Staff Accountant who will:*** Manage Oracle general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), Intercompany transactions (IC) and fixed assets (FA).* Reconcile monthly Balance Sheet Accounts* Support to monthly, quarterly, and annual close reports for Colombia, Mexico and Brazil.* Track and report on monthly cash needs.* Coordinate AP, Taxes and Other Payroll Payments* Negotiate FX rates with the local bank once or twice a month and complete international wire transfers adhered to local formalities (documentation).* Process Expense Reports and Payroll-related payments.* Coordinate deliverables with local tax advisors to ensure compliance with Brazilian tax and accounting regulations.* Strong knowledge of withholding taxes (IRRF, PCC, INSS, ISS).* Perform tax analysis on sales invoices, including PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IR, and ISS.* Support preparation and filing of statutory obligations (ECF, ECD, PER/DCOMP, ISS, PIS/COFINS, IBGE, among others).* Experience in Excel and in ERP systems is required, ideally experience Oracle.* 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, intercompany transactions and other accounting related tasks* experience managing relationships with external tax advisors* Analytical and problem-solving abilities* Effective team collaboration and cross-functional communication.* Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and accuracy.* Fluent in English* Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.**CSGer Perks & Benefits** **(Feel free to adjust this by regional benefits)*** Work from Home, in-office, or hybrid* Employee Belonging Groups* Healthcare: Dental, Medical, and Vision* Paid Vacation, Volunteer, and Holiday Time Off* And so much more#LI-Remote**Location(s):**Brazil Remote**Accommodation:**If you would like to be considered for employment opportunities with CSG and need special assistance due to a disability or accommodation for a disability throughout any aspect of the application process, please call us at or email us at CSG provides accommodations for persons with disabilities in employment, including during the hiring process and any interview and/or testing processes.**Our Guiding Principles:****Impact:** Always help and empower others, whether they’re colleagues or customers.
