Join to apply for the Bdr Outbound role at teceo One of the roles is a BDR Outbound—a pre‑sales outbound pre‑vendor for enterprise leads. The job is responsible for lead qualification, outreach via phone, email, video calls and other channels. Responsibilities Study potential clients, market and competitors (benchmarking). Analyze positioning applied to indirect offers in partnership with Marketing and suggest improvements. Pre‑qualify leads through business diagnosis. Establish personalized contact with prospective clients (enterprise ICP) via telephone, email, video call, chat or other means. Detect opportunities and understand client needs to offer products/services that meet expectations. Create activity reports (leads quantity, calls, conversion rates, etc.). Collaborate with the team and propose new approaches to achieve objectives. Maintain updated records of all activities using CRM systems. Participate in training and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications Goal‑focused with results orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication. Certification in Inside Sales and Inbound Sales. Self‑motivated, proactive and competitive. Empathy and friendliness. Proven experience in pre‑sales in technology area. Persuasion and negotiation resilience: not afraid to receive no and turn them into yes. Intermediate English (preferred). Higher education in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field (preferred). Benefits Salary R$ 3k to R$ 4k. Partnership program. Semi‑annual profit distribution. Swile and TotalPass card.
