
Talent Management Specialist

She/he/they will play an important part in the rollout of our performance management framework aimed at strengthening our culture and empowering our execution, while driving the potential of each Bitsonaut.
She/he/they will also assist in the coordination of our career development programs and collaborate with different areas in setting expectations for each role.
She/he/they will be a strategic partner to the learning team and the DE&I team by contributing insights in the planning of learning programs to help our Bitsonauts acquire the necessary skills to make crypto useful.
She/he/they will facilitate learning scenarios with our managers to ensure that our performance management process flows smoothly.
In addition, She/he/they will be responsible for the analysis of metrics that will allow us to monitor and continually improve all the processes we have in place.
**Your impact**:
- Implementation and continuous improvement of the performance process and tools.
- Analyze data from our performance reviews and work to provide meaningful insights to our stakeholders.
- Identify key talent and implement action plans to recognize their worth.
- Rollout of our career development program and work closely with our Learning and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance career development programs and internal mobility programs.
- Participate in the deployment of performance improvement plans along with our Business Partners and in coordination with managers.
- Partner with DE&I and People Experience to work on initiatives that will help us strengthen our culture and become the best place to work in Latam.
- Help implementing strategies to empower execution and enhance remote working.
- Write/update documentation on internal processes and tools.
- Help facilitating learning activities along with the L&D team to boost our continuous feedback culture, and run a smooth performance process across the organization.
- Participate in OKR, planning and retro meetings to incorporate inputs to all our processes and tools and adapt them to Bitso's needs.
**Who you are**:
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of performance tools and processes.
- Advanced knowledge in google suite tools (specially google spreadsheets, google slides and google forms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English language proficiency.
