About the Role:

As a Talent Specialist, you will drive full-cycle recruitment across Latin America within our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model. You will partner with hiring managers to recruit mission-critical talent (from junior to director levels) across industries—including corporate, commercial, and manufacturing across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. This role serves as a critical bridge between hiring coordinators and senior recruiters, delivering candidate excellence and recruitment impact.

Serve as the primary recruiter across LATAM with focus on Mexico and Brazil, ensuring cultural and market relevance in sourcing and hiring strategies.

Maintain close alignment with hiring teams and RPO stakeholders to meet hiring expectations quickly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within Latin America or the corporate sector.

Proven ability to recruit across a wide seniority range—from junior/operational to director-level roles.

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required; English proficiency is beneficial.

Experience in RPO or multi-client hiring environments is advantageous.

Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills, plus adaptability to fast-paced hiring demands.

Preferred If You Have:

Strong familiarity with hiring in the Americas (LATAM region) and adaptability to local market norms.

Prior exposure to hiring roles in highly regulated industries, such as lifecycle safety, manufacturing, or technical services.

Mejorar la experiencia del candidato, incluyendo hospedaje personal en entrevistas presenciales, coordinación logística y comunicación proactiva.

Ser el reclutador principal en LATAM, con enfoque en México y Brasil, garantizando estrategias de sourcing y contratación con relevancia cultural y de mercado.

Mantener una estrecha colaboración con los equipos de contratación y stakeholders del RPO para cumplir con las expectativas de contratación de manera rápida y efectiva.

Requisitos indispensables

Más de 5 años de experiencia en reclutamiento de ciclo completo, idealmente en América Latina o en el sector corporativo.

Comprobada capacidad para reclutar en una amplia gama de niveles jerárquicos: desde operativos/junior hasta puestos de dirección.

Fluidez en portugués y español es obligatoria; el dominio del inglés es un plus.

Experiencia previa en entornos de RPO o contratación para múltiples clientes es una ventaja.

Habilidades sólidas en organización, gestión de stakeholders y comunicación, además de adaptabilidad para ritmos de contratación acelerados.

Experiencia deseable

Amplio conocimiento del reclutamiento en las Américas (región LATAM) y capacidad para adaptarse a las particularidades del mercado local.

Experiencia previa reclutando en industrias reguladas (p. ej., seguridad, manufactura o servicios técnicos).
