**Your role at Vantive**
The Commercial Finance Manager will play a strategic role in supporting the commercial organization in Brazil by providing financial insights, robust analysis, and guidance in decision-making processes. This position is responsible for leading the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Monthly Closing processes, while acting as a key business partner to the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. The role also includes oversight of OPEX and Capex planning, financial evaluation of business cases, and contributing to the effectiveness of the collection (Accounts Receivable) process.
**What you'll be doing**
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to the commercial teams, supporting revenue growth, profitability, and resource allocation decisions.
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and execution of the Annual Budget, Forecast cycles, and Strategic
- Plans in alignment with cluster and global guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate market dynamics, customer trends, and competitive actions to identify risks and opportunities, translating insights into financial actions.
- Develop and implement processes and KPIs to improve the monitoring of performance against financial targets.
- Conduct detailed economic and financial analysis of business cases (e.g. commercial deals, pricing proposals, investment projects), providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Drive the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate accruals, variance analysis (vs. Budget/Forecast), and timely reporting to local and regional stakeholders.
- Oversee OPEX and Capex tracking, ensuring expense discipline and investment efficiency across departments.
