Commercial Account Management
function in
CHEP Brazil
, reporting directly to the
Country General Manager
.

This role is responsible for managing over
97% of our national volume
(excluding Emerging accounts) and overseeing a
movement of 16 million pallets
. It's a high-impact position based in
São Paulo
, ideal for someone passionate about customer success, commercial growth, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth
    : Drive Brazil's commercial roadmap, focusing on lane expansion, vertical integration, pricing, and profitability.
  • Customer Experience
    : Deliver a brilliant customer journey, managing NPS and ensuring seamless collaboration across functions.
  • Transformation
    : Lead digital and commercial transformation initiatives using data, technology, and innovative solutions.
  • People Leadership
    : Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering engagement, development, and a zero-harm culture.
  • Efficiency & Profitability
    : Ensure budget delivery and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Relationship Management
    : Build strong, multi-level relationships with key customers and represent CHEP in industry forums.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years
    of business experience, with at least
    4 years in a commercial leadership role
    .
  • Proven success in delivering commercial results and outstanding customer experience.
  • Strong skills in data-driven decision-making, project execution, and complex negotiations.
  • Experience leading teams and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Solid understanding of commercial finance and investment strategies.
