Commercial Manager
to lead our local growth, build partnerships, and develop our network of professional brokers across the country.
Role Highlights
Hybrid position based in Brazil
Recruit, train, and support insurance brokers and agencies
Drive sales and market expansion in health and life insurance
Build partnerships and strengthen our brand presence
Collaborate with our Miami HQ for operations and compliance
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in insurance distribution (health & life preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
Experience managing teams or broker networks
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Fluency in Portuguese; English or Spanish is a plus
Compensation

Principais Responsabilidades
Posição híbrida, baseada no Brasil
Recrutar, treinar e apoiar corretores e agências de seguros
Impulsionar vendas e crescimento em saúde e vida internacionais
Construir parcerias estratégicas e ampliar a presença da marca
Coordenar-se com a equipe de operações em Miami
Requisitos
Experiência comprovada em distribuição de seguros (saúde e vida)
Fortes habilidades de liderança, negociação e comunicação
Capacidade de desenvolver e implementar estratégias comerciais
Experiência com recrutamento e gestão de equipes ou redes de corretores
Formação superior em Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas
Fluência em português e bom nível de inglês ou espanhol
Remuneração
Salário base competitivo +
