Customer Support Specialist Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills. About the Role The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming tickets and prioritizing tasks effectively. They will also provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools. Key responsibilities include: Managing ticket queues and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. Providing top-notch customer support through effective communication and troubleshooting. BUILDING AND MAINTAINING POSITIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS Triage tickets to the correct teams and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Perform other specific duties or assignments as directed by your Team Manager. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 2 years of experience in customer support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Basic understanding of KPIs and Metrics. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Working Conditions This role involves working in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be required to work flexible hours based on business needs.
