Project Manager – Nudge and Value-Based Care

Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $115,453 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance options, and retirement plans with employer match Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading non-profit health system Work remotely with a flexible schedule Contribute to transforming healthcare and making a positive impact in the community What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation for efficient execution Create project plans, timelines, and reporting structures to keep work on track Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverables Support implementation of digital patient outreach campaigns and value-based care initiatives Track project performance, identify risks or issues, and elevate as needed What is Required (Qualifications): High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred 3–5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare Strong organizational and communication skills with proven success in building and maintaining processes Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field (Master’s preferred) Experience working with clinical operations teams, product managers, or data analytics in a healthcare environment Familiarity with value-based care, Medicare/Medicaid programs, or digital patient engagement Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities Strong relationship-building skills with diverse teams #HealthcareServices #ProjectManagement #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #HealthcareImpact We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
