This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in an in-person work model. We are looking for local talent Main ResponsibilitiesInvestment Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of investment strategies for our infrastructure funds; Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector; Conduct due diligence including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment; Negotiate terms and structure of investments, ensuring alignment with investment objectives Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with investors, industry partners, and key stakeholders; Prepare and present investment recommendations and updates to the investment committee; Represent the fund with investors and at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities Portfolio Management: Oversee management and monitoring of portfolio companies; Develop and implement value creation plans; Track financial performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives of Patria’s infrastructure funds and portfolio companies Market and Industry Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in the infrastructure sector; Conduct market research to identify opportunities and risks; Develop insights and thought leadership on infrastructure investment trends Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of junior investment professionals; Provide training and development opportunities; Align team goals with overall objectives Skills and QualificationsProven experience in infrastructure private equity or related investment roles Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Excellent negotiation and deal structuring abilities Demonstrated ability to lead and manage investment teams Exceptional communication and presentation skills In-depth knowledge of the infrastructure sector and market dynamics MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Work EnvironmentWe value how we achieve targets and see our way of working as a differentiator, contributing to retain the best team, build long-term client relationships, expand to other countries, and attract investors and partners who enable superior returns: Ethical Aligned to Our Clients\' Objectives Associative and Complementary United by a Purpose Disciplined, Criteria-driven and Hands-on Environment that Fosters High-Performance DiversityPatria does not discriminate against any employee or applicant based on race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, disability, or any other protected class.
