This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in a full in-person work model. We are looking for local Talent Main Responsibilities: Investment Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of investment strategies for our infrastructure funds Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment Negotiate terms and structure of investments, ensuring alignment with investment objectives Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, industry partners, and key stakeholders Prepare and present investment recommendations and updates to the investment committee Represent the fund in front of investors as well as at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities Oversee the management and monitoring of portfolio companies Develop and implement value creation plans to enhance portfolio performance Track financial performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives of Patria’s infrastructure funds as well as portfolio companies Market and Industry Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in the infrastructure sector Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks Develop insights and thought leadership on infrastructure investment trends Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of junior investment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture Provide training and development opportunities to junior team members Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with overall objectives Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in infrastructure private equity or related investment roles Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Excellent negotiation and deal structuring abilities Demonstrated ability to lead and manage investment teams Exceptional communication and presentation skills In-depth knowledge of the infrastructure sector and market dynamics MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred It isn’t just the performance that matters.
