Eurasia Group’s events division is seeking an **Events Associate** to support the implementation of its global strategy and work with events colleagues to deliver exceptional, high-quality events to Eurasia Group clients and GZERO audiences worldwide. The ideal applicant will have a background in events management, project management, operations or client relations. The ability to work under pressure, think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate across multiple functions and time zones are key.
This role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute time-sensitive logístical, operational, finance, marketing, and project management tasks
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders towards delivery of digital assets, marketing and design collateral (materials), social-media content, and other public-facing event materials
- Support execution of sponsorship agreements, client acquisition and sales growth through the creation of pitch decks and sales trackers
- Coordinating meeting scheduling and client management
- Liaise with the marketing team on speaker bios and imagery for design
- Assist with events related social media
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 2 years of in person or virtual event management, executive assistant, or project management experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong desire to learn new skills, work on dynamic projects and varied tasks
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Experience using Concur, Salesforce, and Zoom desirable
