You will be responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to all stakeholders.**What will you do?****1. Onboarding**:- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding plans for new employees- Ensure all necessary paperwork, documents, and systems access are prepared for new hires- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns**2. Offboarding**:- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews- Collect and process all necessary exit documentation and return company assets- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth departure process- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement**3. Compliance and Documentation**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding and offboarding activities- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations related to onboarding and offboarding**What makes you a great match for us?**- **3-6 years** of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops, or in a relevant HR field- Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, preferably in staffing or HR- Hands-on experience/knowledge of policy administration, compensation & payroll is a must.
