Inbound Sales ConsultantWe're looking for a confident and motivated Inbound Sales Consultant to guide prospective customers through our moving process. Your main responsibility will be managing inbound calls and emails, providing quotes, and converting leads into scheduled moves—all while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.This is a remote, full-time position with consistent hours and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, startup environment.What You'll DoRespond to inbound inquiries via phone and email to understand customer needs and provide accurate move quotesConvert inbound leads into booked reservations by clearly communicating value and answering objectionsFollow up on open quotes and previously unresponsive leads through outbound outreachEnsure a smooth handoff to operations by capturing and confirming accurate move detailsRepresent Undergrads with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindsetWhat We're Looking ForSales-Driven:
