Contract Lifecycle Analyst

**Job Description**:
- Analyst, Contract Lifecycle- About the Team:
- The Contract Lifecycle Management team is part of Billing Operations where you’ll be part of a global team of experts, working across the company to invoice for Intralinks’ services and to contribute, support, and add management expertise to the development of products and customer success.- Overview:
- In this role, you will have direct responsibility for the Nota Fiscal creation and management with a 3rd party company. Equally comfortable managing/processing/remediating and troubleshooting data issues, you will review executed contracts, verify customer information, and reconcile invoicing data across multiple systems.- Secondly, there will be management of invoice submission through customer invoicing portals (both commercial platforms and company-specific systems,) assuring that internal coordination of elements necessary to process invoices - such as purchase orders, portal account set-ups, and relationships with portal entity resources are established and maintained.- Day to Day:
- Responsible for managing local billing activities for Intralinks, Algo and Eze.
- Nota Fiscal creation and management with 3rd party company of registration of Nota
- Regional expert around Nota Fiscal and Monthly tax cycles
- Liaison between HYD billing team
- Monthly Reconciliation between WD and local jurisdiction
- Working with the sales team on timing of EOI NF creation
- Obtaining PO for NF when needed
- Manage and coordinate the processes necessary to assure smooth operation of SS&C IL’s invoice submission processes with customers that require use of an invoicing service or portal.
- Contribute to requirements / specifications / reporting and other documentation to further knowledge base and development of new processes as needed or requested.
- Create ad-hoc reports to resolve NF issues.
- Escalate and resolve technical issues and receive guidance from other departments to facilitate the resolution of problems.
- Interacts with others to support billing for select other SS&C organizations
- Create and / or review month end reports.
- Work with other Contract Lifecycle Management team members to develop best practices and bring new ideas to the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A highly creative, self-starting, goal-oriented individual with an understanding of transactional billing and back office systems who can produce results without close supervision.
- Solid knowledge and experience with billing data, billing management and Nota Fiscal processes.
- Ability to think independently and come to conclusions regarding customer and data issues
- 1-3 years of business experience that includes expert around Nota Fiscal, financial data management, analysis and remediation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to interact with all levels of internal and external customer organizations to achieve assigned responsibilities
- Experience working on a small team and leading areas of focus
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Work Brazil hours.
