**About the role**:MetaMap is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist who will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of enablement content and some Revenue Team communications. Content includes onboarding, sales process, role-specific knowledge, continuous performance improvement, and ongoing skills enhancement. Revenue Team communications may include a weekly newsletter and some announcements. The Revenue Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Revenue organization’s and Mati’s business objectives.**Key responsibilities**:- Design and deliver new and enhance existing content for the onboarding program- Design and deliver new and enhanced sales process documentation- Develop instructional guides for new and implemented technology- Work cross-functionally with the Product and Sales teams to develop solution enablement content- Manage and maintain the Revenue Team Pages on Notion- Assist the Revenue Enablement Manager in developing eLearning modules, courses and learning paths in the LMS- Utilize communication tools like Slack to post appropriate updates, announcements, and foster employee engagement- Provide support and guidance to the Revenue Leadership team in developing Sales Kick-offs and other offsites- Work across the MetaMap community to develop and send the weekly Revenue Team Newsletter- Support the review and development of content for Revenue Team events**Skills & Experience**:- Bachelor's degree or combined work experience/education preferred- Experienced in instructional design or equivalent field- You are an experienced content creator who has mastered the art of visually appealing resources on a variety of platforms- You have experience in at least one sales methodology- You are highly organized with meticulous attention to detail- You manage your time well and possess expert judgment and decision-making skills- You are a high-impact communicator and know how to present to all levels including executive stakeholders- You have experience leveraging data to make smart decisions about where to spend your time- You demonstrate a relentless service orientation, effortlessly form trusted-advisor relationships, and can operate effectively within a highly collaborative team environment
