Job Summary As a Technology Architect specializing in Generative AI and Oracle Data Integrator you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will leverage your expertise to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Your contributions will directly impact the companys strategic goals and enhance societal value. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of technology solutions that leverage Generative AI to optimize processes within Asset & Wealth Management. Oversee the implementation of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for efficient data integration and management across various platforms. Provide expert guidance in data modeling and build mapping using ODI to ensure robust and scalable data solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology enhancements and drive innovation. Develop comprehensive strategies for integrating advanced technologies into existing systems to improve performance and reliability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture and data management. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with organizational goals. Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend adoption that aligns with the companys vision and objectives. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in using Generative AI and ODI tools effectively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technology processes and deliver superior results. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business operations. Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality in all technology solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Generative AI and Oracle Data Integrator demonstrating a deep understanding of their applications in Asset & Wealth Management. Have a strong background in data modeling and build mapping using ODI showcasing the ability to create scalable and efficient data solutions. Demonstrate proficiency in identifying and implementing technology enhancements that drive business value and innovation. Exhibit excellent analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies relevant to the role. Display strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
