Job Summary As a Technology Architect specializing in Generative AI and Oracle Data Integrator, you will shape the technology landscape within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of technology solutions that leverage Generative AI to optimize processes within Asset & Wealth Management. Oversee the implementation of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for efficient data integration and management across various platforms. Provide expert guidance in data modeling and build mapping using ODI to ensure robust and scalable data solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for technology enhancements and drive innovation. Develop comprehensive strategies for integrating advanced technologies into existing systems to improve performance and reliability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture and data management. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with organizational goals. Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend adoption that aligns with the company's vision and objectives. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in using Generative AI and ODI tools effectively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technology processes and deliver superior results. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business operations. Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality in all technology solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications Extensive experience in Generative AI and Oracle Data Integrator, demonstrating deep understanding of their applications in Asset & Wealth Management. Strong background in data modeling and build mapping using ODI, showcasing the ability to create scalable and efficient data solutions. Proficiency in identifying and implementing technology enhancements that drive business value and innovation. Excellent analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies relevant to the role. Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams. Proven track record of implementing security measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
