Profile: Assist in the development, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructure. Activities: Manage access requests and system implementations, translating business needs into technical requirements. Ensure SOX audit compliance and readiness in mainframes, distributed systems, and databases. Manage user access and revocations in mainframe systems and databases. Act as first-line support for data center infrastructure issues. Configure access for new employees based on functions and responsibilities. Handle Antares system issues, screen access, and incident tracking. Perform quarterly access audits and annual calendar updates. Support critical projects and system implementations, ensuring compliance and functionality. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain security standards and practices. Provide user guidance and training on system screens and resources. Promote process improvements and propose IT innovations focusing on performance and cost efficiency. Act as Power User of current systems. Skills: Major Application Systems: Ability to leverage major production application systems to provide services to internal and external customers. Application Delivery Process: Management of major tasks, deliveries, and formal application delivery methodologies; ability to use them to deliver new or improved applications. Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of emerging technologies; ability to design, apply, and evaluate new information technologies for business environments. Ability to deliver value to customers using Microsoft Office 365 tools, such as PowerBI. IT Environment and Standards, Procedures, and Policies: Knowledge of the purposes and activities of IT in an organization; ability to create an effective IT environment for business operations. Knowledge of IT standards and policies; ability to use a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage IT policies, standards, and procedures. System Integration and Technology: Knowledge of system resources and facilities; ability to integrate and communicate between applications, databases, and technology platforms. Basic Qualifications: Completed higher education Pre-advanced English Outstanding Candidates Should Have: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint Ability to develop RPA (Robot Process Automation) Ability to navigate databases with languages like SQL, Python, etc. Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
