Operational Efficiency Manager

To excel in this role, you will need to leverage strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of HR operations to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR operations policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Ensure these policies are consistently applied across all business units. Regularly review work with relevant departments and update HR policies to reflect changes in employment laws and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Establish clear workflows and guidelines for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, and internal mobility.
- Implement quality audits to verify adherence to HR policies and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Provide training and communication on policy updates and process changes to HR teams and managers. Foster open communication channels to ensure seamless execution of HR policies.
