Job Title: Global Infor LN Cloud Expert Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for technology and teamwork? We are seeking a highly skilled Global Infor LN Cloud Expert to join our team Job Description This role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in Infor LN Cloud to drive business growth and success. As a Global Infor LN Cloud Expert, you will be responsible for facilitating knowledge transfer between teams, ensuring service stability, and serving as a liaison between local stakeholders and the global implementation team. Responsibilities: Lead the initial knowledge transition by gathering information from Portuguese-speaking SMEs and incumbent teams, and sharing it with the AMS team in English. Develop process and solution understanding documentation in English. Act as a liaison between the Brazil-based teams (client and incumbent) and the India-based AMS team. Provide initial AMS support for Infor LN Cloud Edition and help establish service stability post go-live. Required Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English – reading, writing, and listening. Hands-on ERP experience in Finance and Logistics, specifically with Infor LN. Experience in configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systems. Strong understanding of the Nota Fiscal process.
