Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients to ensure they renew services, handling inbound calls to close sales, and maintaining accurate records. This role is essential for driving client satisfaction and retention.


About the Company:

Our client is a leading tax services firm dedicated to supporting small businesses with their tax and accounting needs. The company has scaled their firm virtually, providing expert advice and personalized financial guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals.


Availability:

  • Starting as part-time (20 hours/week).
  • transitioning into full-time after 3 months.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time, 11:00am - 3:00pm CST or 12:00pm - 4:00pm CST.
  • Full-time 9:00am - 5:00pm CST.


Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Contact clients to renew services.
  • Make outbound calls.
  • Maintain client records and handle standard sales tasks.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Proactive mindset.


Language Requirement:

  • C2 Level of English proficiency.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
  • 10 days of Paid Time Off per year after 3 months.
