Executive Recruiter (Fluent English) | 100% Remote What We Offer R$4,500 / month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses 100% remote recruit directly for the U.S. market Long-term contract + real career growth opportunities Monday to Friday, 12h21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours) What You'll Do Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments Manage full recruitment pipeline : job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) Fluent English (C1 / C2) daily contact with U.S. clients Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results Nice to Have Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline) Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting market Tech Setup 2 monitors | i7 or equivalent | 12GB RAM+ High-speed internet | Headset with mic | Quiet office Work directly with the U.S. market, earn in reais and dollars, and take your career to a global level.
