Role context

Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 of them by 2030. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, inform them about the benefits of living and working there, and build trust with candidates. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as by a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation tasks.

What you will do
  • Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate relocation logistics with the Swedish delivery management team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally and with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with teammates across multiple countries (Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam).
Required competence

Please ensure this is documented in your CV. At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.

  • A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with high motivation.
  • Persistent and resilient, able to take a "no" as motivation to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Offer & logistics

Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: remote work or a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
