Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

Responsibilities
  • As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates, inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and manage relocation considerations.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as the Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.
  • Coordinate end-to-end support for employees (visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, etc.).
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Contribute to a team culture characterized by helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, plus ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue pursuing goals.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Employment Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
  • Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Working from home or a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Includes paid national holidays and 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
