Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our LATAM Payroll Team.
The position is responsible to perform validation of vendor results according to the payroll outsourcing interface (transferred data and payroll results); validate and compare payroll results to previous month's records using transferred data and payroll results based on HR data; work with local teams and external payroll providers on processing activities (HR data entry, T&A information transfer, payroll audit, etc.). Perform tasks in SSC Tier 2 related to payroll calculation, allowance/deduction information and answer payroll related questions to employees.
Key Job Responsibilities- Follow payroll processes and procedures, making changes while ensuring that appropriate controls are implemented
- Validate the payroll processed through third-party vendor based on HR data and local legislation
- Monitor and control the area processes, including Hire, Termination, Vacation, 13th Salary, Monthly Payroll, Profit Sharing, etc.
- Monitor the results and SLA of the payroll vendor, in order to leverage the accuracy and quality of the calculation of payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with Monthly Payroll schedule, applicable Local Legislation and Collective Agreement
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related areas
- Experience in LATAM Payroll processing and validation (preferably in a Shared Services Center and/or Payroll Outsourcing environment)
- Knowledge of LATAM legislation and taxes (Argentina, Colombia and Mexico preferable)
- Accounting knowledge for payroll management
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
- Familiarity with HR Systems (eg. Workday, Success Factor) is considered as a differential
- Advanced Spanish skills
