**Job Summary**:
Flowserve is looking for a talented and competent Production Assistant who will be responsible for organizational processes and the early and correct entry of all orders and their changes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing order confirmations from preparation to completion.
- Acquisition of documents and entry of the corresponding order after submission of the order preparation in the Oracle system with all related schedules
- Maintenance of customer data in the ERP system for pump services
- Creation and administration of statistics for management
- Customer Satisfaction Survey - Management
- Registration of order changes in the ERP system with all associated agendas
- Organization of trips, various reservations for customers, visitors and employees
- And any other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Mechanical or Electrical Technician and/or 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience in the entire back-office management area.
- Good knowledge in office package (Word and Excel)
- Experience in Oracle or ERP Systems
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Initiative, good communication and collaboration with other departments.
