Government Acquisition Account Manager (Brasilia) We are looking for a candidate to fill a newly created position as an Enterprise Acquisition Account Executive at Dynatrace . In this role, you will drive sales growth through targeted acquisition efforts across various industry segments, focusing on a land‑and‑expand approach for enterprise‑grade organizations. Key Responsibilities Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts. Collaborate with pre‑defined SE support based on region. Manage 0‑2 existing customer accounts, nurture relationships and expand partnerships. Engage with 35‑40 prospects, introduce offerings, convert prospects, maintain accounts and explore upselling and cross‑selling opportunities. Consult with VP and C‑level executives to develop enterprise‑wide strategy, positioning Dynatrace relative to competition. Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new markets through product demos, in‑market events, and account‑specific initiatives. Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure broad, effective sales. Work closely with functional areas (sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, etc.) to develop and execute a solution strategy that meets customer needs. Ensure customers’ implementations are successful. Preferred Qualifications Successful track record in enterprise software sales across many business functions at the executive level. Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations, compressing decision cycles. Outstanding organizational and communication skills (written, oral, negotiation, presentations). Self‑starter with high performance against quota, VP‑ and C‑level relationships. Experience building and executing business plans and sales plays. Collaboration and co‑sell across internal resources (familiar with MEDDPIC). Knowledge of observability and modern application market.
