The Sourcing Recruiter will work with a team of peers including Recruiting Business Partners and Recruiting Coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement and strategy development. Corporate and or searchfirm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting;
Experience building andutilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools;
Experience using Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates;
Experience managing andprioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships;
Preferred QualificationsStrong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement;
ability to proactivelynetwork and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer;
Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills;
Passion for andprovensuccess creating and implementing successful diversity strategies;
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process;
Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms;
Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team;
