Job Title: Public Relations Account Coordinator The primary objective of this role is to serve as a key liaison between our organization and the media, stakeholders, and other relevant audiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with external communications teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies. This includes planning, press release distribution, pitch suggestions, article production, meeting notes and agendas, reports, and other PR-related routines. Develop and execute institutional communication plans focused on public relations initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, columnists, and media outlets. Review, guide, and write press releases, official statements, and institutional articles. Guide and coordinate interviews, media briefings, press conferences, and media training for spokespeople. Act proactively and reactively in reputation crisis situations, developing contingency plans and public response strategies. Guide and promote engagement efforts with partners, trade associations, government bodies, and other stakeholders. Represent the company at events, talks, trade fairs, and strategic forums. Support or lead corporate events, inaugurations, awards, roadshows, and institutional actions involving brand image. Track and analyze media and social media mentions of the organization, producing brand image performance reports. Use clipping and media monitoring tools to report on PR campaign results.
