Discover how your skills can make an impact.Why Join Us?As an MEP Manager at ALEMCO, you’ll play a critical leadership role, overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project execution. They collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and authorities, while managing design coordination, documentation, budgeting, and health & safety standards.Your RoleExecution & Delivery:
Full lifecycle management of MEP activities, from installation through commissioning.Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.Compliance & Quality:
Maintain regulatory and safety compliance;
drive continuous improvement across MEP procedures.Team Leadership:
Recruit, align, and engage MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and cross-functional clarity.Contractual Management:
Ensure Head Contract terms are fulfilled, support cost/time claims, and manage document approvals.Subcontractor Oversight:
