This role is for a full-time Manager of IT within the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team. This description includes what the role does, the environment, and what Ledn expects from the right candidate. The Opportunity / What You Will Do Join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. Support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems and tools. Design, implement, and manage a growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks; collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR). Be a highly motivated, dependable technologist in a fast-moving, execution-oriented environment; communicate effectively and learn quickly. Own the customer-facing support experience for employees via tools such as Slack and Jira; troubleshoot, document, and automate processes. Procure and deliver technology equipment; lead tech onboarding for new employees and tech retrieval for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge with your experience. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own and improve IDP and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta, etc.); detail solutions and craft help articles; automate busy work. Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints with Jira and agile methodologies. Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals. What You Will Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; strong API integration experience across systems. Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent communication skills across all media; clear writing for tickets, email, and Slack. Clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communication; a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset. Strong security awareness (including PGP), networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching), and methodical OSI-model troubleshooting. Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and coordinate across multiple teams. Strong organizational and task-management skills are critical. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions with incomplete data. Nice to Haves Some familiarity with AWS; GAM and command-line tools experience; Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
