What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Triage and respond to inbound partner inquiries effectively
  • Monitor partner adherence to program compliance and manage communications with key stakeholders
  • Oversee partner onboarding communications and ensure accuracy in account setup
  • Manage legal requirements including agreement amendments and partner terminations
  • Support event planning and logistics management for the Partner Programs and Strategy team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Understanding of SaaS business operations and related processes
  • Knowledge of relational databases and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to use Excel for data analysis and preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
  • Effective time management skills to meet service level agreements in a dynamic environment
