Flieber is an inventory and demand planning platform built to help commerce brands stay in stock, operate more efficiently, and grow profitably. By combining data across sales channels, suppliers, and warehouses, we give brands the clarity they need to scale without chaos.
What You'll Do- Design, build, and maintain complex Zapier workflows that integrate platforms such as HubSpot, Stripe, Grain, and more to streamline marketing operations.
- Audit current automation setup and identify opportunities to optimize processes across HubSpot, Zapier, and other marketing tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure data consistency across platforms and proper flow into HubSpot.
- Implement automated data enrichment, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows to support PLG initiatives.
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead lifecycles, and campaign triggers based on user behavior and product usage.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve integration and automation errors between platforms.
- Create and manage HubSpot dashboards and reports to provide visibility into marketing and product engagement metrics.
- Document automations and workflows clearly to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current on best practices in marketing automation and make strategic recommendations for tool improvements or upgrades.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or RevOps.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (certifications a plus) and experience building advanced workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with Zapier or similar automation and integration platforms.
- Comfortable working across a modern B2B SaaS stack (Stripe, Slack, Google Workspace, Grain, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys untangling complex workflows and building scalable systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to explain complex processes in simple terms.
- Fully remote role with flexibility.
- Open to fractional candidates, provided you can commit at least 20 hours per week.
